Instructor-Led Training
Built on Practical Business Experience

Programs are taught by practitioners who work with Canadian businesses on AI-assisted workflows, marketing systems, customer communication, and team operations every week — not by generic course sellers.

Instructor profile

Nic Ma — 12 years in digital marketing operations

Nic Ma is one of our practitioner-instructors. He brings 12 years of hands-on digital marketing operations experience working with North American small and mid-sized businesses on AI-assisted marketing workflows, customer acquisition systems, local visibility maintenance, and CRM workflow design. His client work spans fitness, hospitality, wellness clinics, and professional services.

Cohorts Nic leads are designed from this active practitioner work — not from theory or generic AI courses. Worksheets, SOPs, and templates participants take home are derived from systems Nic uses in current client engagements.

Expertise areas

Where our training has real-world experience behind it

Each expertise area below is something the instructor uses in active client work — not a topic read about for a course.

01

AI workflows for business teams

Practical AI tool usage with human review standards, brand consistency checks, and quality control routines.

02

Digital marketing for local businesses

Campaign planning, content workflows, ad copy, and creative briefs built around small in-house teams.

03

Customer communication systems

Inquiry, booking, no-show, reminder, and review-request workflows that keep customer touchpoints consistent.

04

CRM workflow design

Lead stages, follow-up sequences, renewal flows, and team handoff routines for sales and membership teams.

05

Local visibility & GBP

Google Business Profile maintenance, review response routines, and monthly local visibility checklists.

06

Training delivery for employers

Building structured, employer-facing cohorts with practical deliverables and clear completion documentation.

Training philosophy

Training should leave a team with concrete work outputs — templates, SOPs, checklists, and a 30-day implementation plan — not just notes from a presentation. Every lesson is built around a real workplace task employees actually do.
